Families with a child with cancer need our support

This year we are funding support to six families caring for a child with cancer via the Lennox Children's Cancer Fund as nominated by Alder Hey., Liverpool and the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital.   

Times are tough and uncertain for us all and more so for those families.

If you take the story of Piper (pictured with her dad) then you will understand the trauma her family went through at finding a 4cm mass on her head and the diagnosis that it was cancer.  A family's world falls apart at these moments.

Her father had to take time off work and her mother had to give up work entirely,  it was financially stressful.

Lennox can give families like Piper's real support when they need it through their Care and Crisis packages that help a family to survive financially. They also fund a respite break when needed so the family can get away from hospitals and treatments and just be together and happy.

How could we not fund that - even in a small way?
